RiskyProject is advanced project management software with integrated risk analysis. Project managers use RiskyProject for planning, quantitative risk analysis, and performance measurement of projects with multiple risks and uncertainties. RiskyProject allows managers to improve their ability to predict the course of projects and determine how risks and uncertainties will affect the project. It can help increase the chance that project will be on time and on budget. Project managers using RiskyProject defines a project schedule: tasks, dependencies, constraints, resources, and costs. Or you can import it from other project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera, MindManager, FastTrack, Project KickStart. You can define different risks - at the project level and for each separate task or resource. You also can define ranges for task duration, cost, start and finish times. This information, together with the project schedule, is used in the quantitative risk analysis. RiskyProject presents you with Risk-aware Gantt Chart – uncertainties in task duration, start and finish times are shown graphically in a special Gantt Chart. RiskyProject also helps you to track the project with risks and uncertainties. RiskyProject gives the manager a simple answer to the following common questions: What will happen with your project schedule if certain risks occur? What are the critical risks and crucial tasks? What is the success rate of the project? RiskyProject also allows the manager to perform project decision analysis. The decision analysis feature allows the manager to select project alternatives based on cost and duration. RiskyProject employs our patent pending Event Chain Methodology for quantitative risk analysis.
